Before You Make a Reservation:

1. Third-Party Bookings: If you booked through a third-party (e.g., travel agents, Booking, Expedia), any changes or cancellations must be handled directly with them. We are contractually prohibited from modifying or canceling these reservations.
2. Hotel Website Bookings: To modify or cancel a reservation made on our website, please email us at info@paradisevillagelodge.com.
3. No Phone Reservations or Changes: We do not make, modify, or cancel reservations over the phone — no exceptions.
4. Cancellation Refund Policy: To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the check-in date.
5. In-Person Check-In Hours: In-person check-in is only available between 3 PM and 8 PM.
6. Online Check-In: We offer online check-in, but the system only allows one attempt. Make sure to upload a clear ID and selfie as required. If the attempt fails, the only option is to check-in in person between 3 PM and 8 PM.
7. ID Match Requirement: The name on the provided ID must match the name on the reservation.

Hotel Policies

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Policies:

Check-In: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM (in person)
Check-Out: 11:00 AM

For arrivals after 8:00 PM, you must complete online registration in advance. Please note that guests only have ONE attempt for online check-in, which includes uploading clear photos of your ID and selfie for verification. In-person check-in is only available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Guests are required to provide a government-issued photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Late check-out policy:

Late check-out is subject to room availability
11:00 AM to 3:00 PM check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
After 3:00 PM check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Early arrivals and late departures:

Early arrivals and late departures will be based upon availability and may be subject to additional fees.

CANCELLATION and MODIFICATION Policies:

All requests for cancellations or modifications must be submitted in writing via email (info@paradisevillagelodge.com) for reservations made directly on the hotel website. For reservations made through third-party booking platforms (such as travel agents, Booking, or Expedia), please contact them directly, as we cannot modify or cancel those reservations.

1. Refund Policy: To receive a refund of accommodation fees (excluding processing fees), cancellation must be made at least 7 full days prior to the listing’s local check-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in.
2. Processing Fees: All processing fees are non-refundable.
3. Early Departure: If a guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are non-refundable.
4. Late Cancellations/Modifications: If the guest cancels or requests changes less than 7 days in advance, including changes to check-in or check-out dates, the nights not spent are not refundable, and modifications to the reservation are not allowed.
5. Third-Party Bookings: For reservations made through third-party platforms (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.), any cancellations or modifications must be handled directly with the third-party provider. We cannot make any changes to these reservations, and all policies are strictly governed by the third party’s terms.
6. Hotel Cancellation Rights: The Paradise Village Hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time for any reason.
7. Phone Call Modifications: No cancellations or changes to reservations will be made over the phone. No exceptions.

NO-SHOW POLICY:

If you have a guaranteed reservation, the room will be held for you until 9:00 am the morning following your scheduled arrival. If you do not check-in by that time, your reservation is considered a “no-show” and you will not be issued a refund. If your arrival is going to be delayed past 9:00 am the morning following your scheduled arrival, please contact the hotel as soon as possible to avoid your reservation going in to “no-show.”

Email and Text Message Opt-In:

By booking, you authorize Paradise Village LLC to send text messages and emails with details regarding your reservation information, important updates, and exclusive offers. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Your consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt-out of receiving these messages at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages or by contacting our customer support.

Guarantee Policy:

Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
A valid credit card will be required upon booking. For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check in. The Paradise Village Hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time for any reason

Children and Extra Beds Policy:

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.All children are welcome. Up to 2 children under 12 years old stay FREE of charge when using existing beds. Any additional adults are charged $10.00 per person per night when using existing beds. Additional fees may not be included automatically in the total cost and fees will apply upon arrival.

Pets policy:

Pets are not allowed. You will be charged a $150 if we find any pet trace in the cabin/room. The Hotel pets policy does not apply to certified service animals.

Smoke-free policy:

Smoking is strictly prohibited within hotel buildings themselves, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas.You will be charged $150 cleaning fee if we find cigarette odor and/or butts in the cottage/room.

Damage policy:

You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the Paradise Village LLC premises or property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the Paradise Village) during your stay. Paradise Village LLC reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by Paradise Village LLC as a result of the aforesaid. Regardless, Paradise Village LLC further reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you without notice. Any items lost, stolen or damaged will also be charged to your credit card.

Release from liability:

Registered guests, and all persons accompanying registered guests, hereby accept responsibility for their personal property and safety and irrevocably release and hold harmless Paradise Village LLC, its affiliates, associates, representatives, and rental property owners from any liability whatsoever arising from loss, damage, or personal injury of any severity due to theft or accident while on the premises or in the vicinity of rented lodging.

General Terms:

Venue and jurisdiction for any proceeding/dispute shall be in the Superior Court of Pierce County, Washington, USA. The prevailing party in any dispute shall be awarded its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, including post judgment, appeal and collection costs.
